Angels and Heroes have many friends in the arts community.
The Khyber Centre for the Arts has been a great supporter of ours, allowing us to perform many of our shows in the beautiful Turret Room.
Many of the Angels and Heroes are graduates of the Dalhousie Theatre Department, who have always taken an active interest in the careers of their students.
We always enjoy participating in The Atlantic Fringe Festival - in fact, our original play Pussy on a Shingle was the Fringe Hit of the Danspace for 2003!
We love making theatre, but we love going to see theatre just as much. There are many small theatre groups performing in Halifax, including Zuppa Circus, Exodus Theatre and One Light Theatre just to name a few (who have websites!)
If you want to keep up to date with theatre going on in Halifax, check out Theatre Nova Scotia or The Coast for listings.
And of course, where would we be without Canada's star-making machine, Canadian Idol, which made our Richie a household name.
If you miss hearing Richie singing on TV every week and you want to help support his career, you can even buy the CD which features Richie's rendition of the relentlessly catchy "Whenever I See Your Smiling Face".
